Fortune Brands to sell Cobra to Puma, will keep Titleist and FootJoy

DEERFIELD, Ill. -- Fortune Brands, Inc. has reached a definitive agreement to sell its Cobra Golf brand to Puma AG, company officials announced on Wednesday. Fortune is the parent company of the Acushnet Co., which owns such golf brands as Titleist and FootJoy.
